Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders over $5,000
- Flat-rate express shipping of $150 for orders under $5,000
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to the continental United States only. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@healthwellness.vip. Damage reported after this window may not be eligible for a claim.
